Eldercare and You Conference

Each year hundreds of caregivers are touched by Eldercare and You. During this day-long event, caregivers attend informational sessions presented by local experts on topics such as senior housing, legal issues, Alzheimer’s, and government benefits, to name a few.

The Senior Adult News

Our monthly newsletter is mailed to over 5,200 homes in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell and Farmers Branch. Our mailing list is made up of primarily senior residents 60 and over who represent a diverse group of local residents of many cultures and from the very affluent to those with more moderate incomes.

Senior Transportation Program

Each day our lift equipped van drives throughout the Metrocrest communities as it takes seniors to doctor appointments, leisure activities and shopping. Our vehicle is proudly decorated with the logos of our program’s sponsors. Your company or organization’s name will stand out by supporting this highly visible and popular service.

Home Delivered Meals

Build company morale and team spirit by supporting this wonderful program that both feeds the elderly and reduces their isolation by visits from volunteers. Working volunteers can participate by giving 2 hours a month.

Annual Golf Tournament

Each year the community gathers in the fall for an afternoon of fun and fellowship to benefit our local seniors. Scheduled for October 16th at Indian Creek Golf Club, sponsorships are available at all levels from the Title Sponsorship to hole and cart levels. Contact the Senior Adult Services for more information.

Volunteer Recognition Luncheon

Over 400 volunteers give their time each year to improve the lives of local seniors. Once a year, we invite all of these individuals, our city leaders and board to a celebration of their efforts and the impact they have on others. Your sponsorship of this event gives great visibility to your company's participation as a corporate citizen.

Home Repair Program

Individuals and groups volunteer their time to both maintain and adapt the homes of seniors. Civic and corporate groups can foster teamwork with weekend projects that greatly benefit local residents. Donations to purchase materials and help pay for coordination costs keep this program strong.
