Home Repair Specialist for Senior Adult Services (SAS)

Last week, Rich Piper, Home Repair Speialist for Senior Adult Services (SAS), had his work cut out for him!  Every year, SAS, a non-profit that provides assistance to older residents of Addison, Carrollton, Coppell and Farmers Branch, has a summer bonanza as minor to major Home Repair projects are tackled by scores of student and corporate volunteers.

   Youth from Bent Tree Bible painted the exterior of a home before leaving on a mission trip and employees with Sunchase American, an apartment management company, did a major garage renovation and replaced a driveway. Over 150 Catholic youth from the Dallas Diocese participated in a mini-mission called Mission Possible and completed fifteen different jobs that ranged from painting to landscaping.
