If you like talking on the phone and enjoy being in the “know,” consider becoming an information specialist. You’ll be talking with seniors, family members and others in the community by telephone and in the office and will help answer questions related to the needs people encounter as they or someone they know grows older. Be part of a team effort to research resource information and keep it up to date. Training on benefits, services and resources is provided.
